Our newly installed central AC will keep you cool in the summer months and heat plus a gas fireplace will keep you nice and warm in the winter/fall.

Free parking onsite in front of the unit (with area for overflow parking, if needed).

Two Bedrooms, Two Full Baths, downstairs pullout couch as well (sleeps six adults).

Other info to know: quiet hours after 10pm, only registered guests, on-site external facing security camera on site (not actively monitored), two-story building (both bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs). Three steps to get into the front of the unit. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed for guests per the HOA guidelines. Laundry available for 5+ night bookings.
