"Very nice hotel. Our Casita was 1/2 mile from main hotel. No views from our room. Staff very curt and not friendly at all. Food was good not great and expensive. Poor sound proofing between rooms. I will not stay there again."

"Nice lounge area. Beds were too firm for our taste. Bring your own pillow as there were none that felt comfy. Phone in room didn’t work so had to use cell phone. Service personnel were to come fix the phone, but this didn’t happen during our 2 night stay. "

"When you check in and they ask you if you want services be sure to say yes. If you don't they will not do any housekeeping if you are staying multiple nights. I didn't understand what they meant and said no so we didn't receive any room attention "

"Room did not appear to be cleaned correrctly prior to checkin. We found a half cuo of coffee on the window sill. A handicap chair for showering left in our small bathroom, We placed it outside of our door and it remained there for 2 days. On 2 occations when in the lobby wanting to buy from your convience center.there was no one on duty. A sign advided be back shortly. "
