"The Casa Valeria is very well maintained, the staff are very service minded. The hotel is very very central and close to very things and it comes with a price that some of rooms can be a little noisy. "Excellent for a kite vacation. You can launch directly in front of the hotel and can rent lockers from them to store your gear. The room itself was very nice and clean. My only complaint was that the AC was stuck at 18C, which was way too cold (but then again I never asked them to try to fix it so part of it is on me). "

"This was terrible, when we arrived the check-in wasn’t there we asked around and after 30 minutes a man showed up.. When we arrived to the room it was soo dirty! The ac didn’t work, hair on the bed, garbage in the room, we called the lobby and told them.. After 45 minutes came a gay with the keys to the room next door witch was exactly the same.. finally after 1 1/2 hour they found a room for us.. The AC stop working the same night.. but no one did enything about it.. Stay away from this Hote.....

"the shuttles was a bit annoying, however the overall stay was nice."

"Covers and pillows were stained, wifi and tv did not work, pool inside room was not heated it was freezing (the main reason we booked room), windows did not lock so room was unsecure, bathroom had a sewer smell and to top it off it was a brothel/strip club. When we were informed that there was a club that opened at 1030pm we never assumed a strip club until we walked by and seen naked women dancing. It made a lot of sense after the fact when all we noticed were men staying at the hotel."
