"This hotel was very comfortable and the ambience was modern and creative. The pool was big and hot tub was good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and nice. The area around the hotel is just full of hotels and business buildings. So otside of the hotel is just a big suburban office and highway area. But if you have a car you can get to nice places easily. "

The other Gentleman at front could have fixed it, but did not. Instead, he asked me to contact Hotels.com, but this lady understood the underlying issue and was eager to resolve it competently. She even waived the nightly parking fees. Thank you so much "

"They had a wide variety of food choices on the buffet, which all were delicious. They had a nice happy hour with appetizers and their restaurant was delicious . . Lots of food for the price. The room was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The staff were amazing, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room. Housekeeping was gracious enough to let us in."

Nice room, quiet and clean. Comfy bed, nice sheets and 4 hove pillows on each bed with varying softnesses. Great water pressure in the shower. Used the laundry (free) which was so convenient. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Fresh fruit, and 3 different types of hot coffees! It truly felt like a home away from home. "

"The wastebasket was hidden inside a cabinet in the bathroom. On the first night, electrical maintenance was being performed and cords were sticking out of the ceiling like stalactites. There was no fork amongst the silverware in the room, so I had to request one from the front desk. However, things improved during my stay. The carpets were vacuumed, and the maintenance was completed."
