Guests will have full and private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. This includes the attached garage, complete with a garage door opener for your convenience. Entry is seamless and secure with a smart lock; a unique, randomly generated door code will be provided specifically for your reservation.

Other Things to Note:
- Security - Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces
- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.
- Deposits - We may also require a deposit for certain other bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.
- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
- Extra Guests - This listing is for 7 people. Extra guests up to 10 people are welcome for $20 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)
- Smoking - No smoking allowed.
- Pets - No pets allowed.
- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- Minimum Age - Must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
