The outside pool was nice but judging how i saw no one in it i’m pretty sure its closed in the month of early May. Didn’t like that balcony access was the same door as the room door

Thank you for your review. Yes the pool looks very inviting, but it is seasonal. We are anxious to open after Memorial Day to Labor Day. We hope that you will come back to visit us soon and enjoy the pool as well.

Room was filthy. Balls of hair like dust bunnies. Brand new white socks dirty after walking on the floor for 5 mins.Tub faucet would not stop dripping loudly, making it difficult to sleep. Splattered food on the blinds and on a picture. Hair in the fridge and on top of the stove. Room was a suite with fridge, freezer, stove and microwave but there was nothing to eat with or cook with in the room. Coffee maker was broken, missing a part. The facility tried to address this by fixing it, but it was a moot point because there weren’t any more pods for the coffee maker. The wifi finally connected to their service and it had no internet connection so we couldn’t use our devices. I informed the property of these issues during my stay and at check out. The woman who checked out and took my complaint was very nice- most friendly staff person there. She called me after I left and offered me to sign up for BestWestern rewards and she would comp me some points. I declined this as there is no way I am going to visit a best western again. I have pictures and video documenting all of these claims. I could have dealt with the lack of wifi and broken coffee maker if the room had been clean. There is nothing worse than getting out of the shower and needing to put on flip flops bc the floor is too dirty to step on. had to wash my room.

Nice motel. Well equipped rooms. Staff was very, very nice. Was in a newer room with a hard floor. Being on the beach, a broom or mini vac in the room would be helpful. Constantly felt like I had sand on my feet - because I did. Housekeeping checked in on day 3 of 4 to see if I needed anything. I didn’t love being on the ground floor - but that is what was available.

The bathroom floor was dirty. The tub was not clean. The bed had small kinky hair in it that was not ours.

Property decided to take our money and start a renovation just to say we can't rebook, even though they allowed other guest to stay,it also had ants everywhere I even in the fridge,the stove was rusty only 2 aisles worked and oven was gunked with old food,we were moved TWICE at check in ,the staff gave us a rate then did not honor that rate.i would never stay or recommend THIS best Western location to anyone.. breakfast served cold eggs and watered biscuits and gravy, breakfast attended sat at the table in breakfast area PICKING her nose then made coffee

The front staff were very nice and helpful. The room was cozy. Location felt as if it was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go so very convenient.

For a Best Western I thought it was rather disappointing. Room service came in one of 3 days and tossed towels on my un-made bed. I ran out of bathroom tissues on the final day. It seemed liked I was at an Econolodge.

This property had think blankets. The mattress was cheap and you felt the springs in tour back causing my wife severe back pain. Found two roaches in the fridge and a bog cockroach on the floor. The room smelled like mildew and when we needed wash clothes and towels we had to wait overnight in order to get them. The staff was very friendly and tried their best. The breakfast was pretty good but they mainly had pork meat which we couldn’t partake in. I will not return to the particular Best Western knowing what I know now. Hopefully another Best Western will be better!!

Friendly staff, I love the fenced-in dog park! The only issue is that other dog owners didn't clean up after their pets. Booked room with Kitchen and checked out the kitchen items which were very stingy i.e. no plates, silverware cooking utensils but I made due.
