"The room was very clean and warm comfortable the only problem we had was the shower wasn’t hot but Luke warm it was late when we had are shower so couldn’t mention it and we were there for one night. In the morning when we had breakfast we did mention this issue. The staff member that looked after us for breakfast was lovely made sure we had everything the cooked breakfast was lovely her name was iessie she was amazing would differently come again this is our second visit in a year.. "

"A wonderful stay, friendly staff, comfortable clean room with very large bed. Amazing breakfasts and evening food. Safe parking and lovely location. Only minor issue was it was advertised on Expedia as separate shower and bath when in fact it was shower over bath. Thank you for looking after us."

"My 5th or 6th stay here as I use it for work trips. It is always nice. The food is good, the location is good and the rooms are nice. What else could you want. "

"Above all else, the hospitality of Sue and Clive was outstanding. Despite the cold weather spell, our room was lovely and toasty and a delight to return to after a day exploring. Food was superb. It was a lovely place to be based for a two day stay in Norfolk. "

" Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. "

"Superb B&B. Met with a friendly welcome, and room available in good time. Loved the location on the sea front, just round the corner from the Main Street. Room was as advertised, and couldn’t fault. Breakfast cooked to order which was a nice touch."

"A very pleasant and relaxing stay. The bed was perfect and the interior was pretty and cozy. We had a lovely breakfast with different options to choose from. The bathroom was also clean and with lots of hot water. Furthermore, it’s only in short walking distance to center and there’s also a bus stop just outside, that drives directly to the university "
