"We stayed at Craigside in Room 21, which we have stayed in a number of times as regular guests. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The hotel was extremely busy with a large group and we felt this had a noticeable impact on the level of service at breakfast.
We came down around 9am, with breakfast served until 10am, yet when I asked for white bread for toast, I was told it was frozen and would take some time to defrost. There was also very little brown bread available and the juices...
"I would have given the hotel but for a couple of things that were missing from our room and I'm assuming every room.
No mirror on the dressing table so no socket near a mirror for a hairdryer or straightners
No where to put any of my toiletries in the bathroom. No shelf for toiletry bags. Just a small soap dish over the sink.
Both easy and cheap to resolve."
