Breakfast order was requested and a time at which to eat it even before given keys to our room. I can understand that if the breakfast was served on arrival. "The hotel is lovely - clean and spacious rooms with the quirks you would expect from an old building (our shower/wetroom was in one of the towers). Staff are courteous and friendly and everything feels luxurious from the comfy beds to the excellent breakfasts and the picturesque gardens."
