"We had 7 nights in the lovely property. Plenty of room for 4 senior adults in 3 bedrooms. Huge ensuite, well equiped kitchen. Close to local shops and bakery. We would stay here again and recommend to others."

"Perfect spot. Homely, tidy and really well set up with everything we needed.So cosy with the fire going and with a beautiful view down to the lake. A stones throw to the waters edge (and the pub!).Fabulous!!"

"What a cool place to stay. If travelling to a remote mystical place isn't enough, step into this absolute comfort zone. Tucked away down a funny dirt road, this place is THE PLACE you want to arrive to. Space, fireplaces, ability to cut wood, go and entertain in the openness of the kitchen to those relaxing by the fireplace of a very generous lounge area. This is luxury after a day's travelling. "My husband and I are from NSW and travelled to Tasmania to catch up with our daughter, son-in-law and two little grandchildren. It was a perfect home away from home with so many thoughtful inclusions. Perfect location for going to the iconic Cataract Gorge. Loved the walks, parks and wildlife. Only regret we had was that we couldn’t stay longer. Would definitely love to stay there again. We were warmly welcomed with the home heated on arrival.
