"Best hotel we stayed in during two-week road trip in Colorado and Wyoming. Excellent cabin with all amenities. Nice and clean pool area. Great views of the mountains with possibility to spot wildlife (we saw a bear at a safe distance). Pioneer Grill provided very good dinner and easy breakfast to-go. Staff members all very friendly and courteous. "
"The breakfast area was very small, and there were very limited options. Rooms were simple but satisfactory. Parking is close. There isn't anything to do at the hotel, so this is only a good place to stay if you are just going there to sleep (as opposed to spending any time at the hotel itself). It is across from a Maverik and next to a restaurant, so those could be options, but otherwise, it is just okay."
"There were hairs all over the bathroom floor in the first room we received. Totally disgusting. Hairs and a very dirty floor - the cleaners did not clean the floor or vacuum it. We complained - received a new room - which was even worse. More hairs on the tiled bathroom floor. We received a 20% discount the next day but felt we should have been compensated more since we had to clean the floor ourselves. "
"The Inn on the Creek is a wonderful place to stay. The creek runs right by the back of the property. We were visited by a young buck while we were having our wine and charcuterie plate which is provided each afternoon starting at 5:30pm. The breakfasts are wonderful and carefully prepared each morning. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the Jackson area."
"The property could use some maintenance. The sink stopper was unhooked, the beds felt worn out. For the price we paid we were totally underwhelmed. Just too much."
