"We just stayed for one night but the front desk employee was super helpful with dinner ideas! Our room was clean and comfortable. We were wanting to use the pool, but it was out of order. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool, so we were disappointed that it was closed. The breakfast was okay. The made to order eggs were delicious, but you could only get one thing. Everything else was standard continental breakfast stuff (which is okay)."

"Beds were smaller than a queen, tvs didnt work after 2 days of being there so my toddler and infant had nothing to watch, I contacted the front desk. They said maintenance would be there but he never came so we just sat in silence for the rest of our ri.e there. The sheets on the bed had stains we didnt notice until we were getting ready for bed our first night there. One stain look like blood and tbe other stains look like greasy food stains. Be prepared to unexpectedly pay $50 before checking...

"I came in from Texas and it was a long trip. The location was further in than I expected but when I arrived it was nice. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the cigarette smell punch that hit me in my face as soon as I walked in. I understand its also a casino but it wasn't pleasant at all. I don't smoke. Everything else was good. My room was clean and did not smell like cigarettes. Bed was comfy, staff was friendly and the Rez restaurant was great. Thank you for a great stay."

This was an issue as the main purpose of me booking this room was having somewhere quiet to remote work. Did not recieve any room service for entire nine day stay (no new towels, toilet paper, etc.). "The times listed online were wrong for everything. We drove from out of town to come here for fun and we couldn't even use the waterpark till Friday at 4pm. So we went out that morning to somewhere else so our child could swim. Then we came back and couldn't get into our room anymore. I went downstairs and the lady at the front desk said what do you want? I told her she fixed it. I went to biffys because according to online they were supposed to be open. They were not so we had to leave again to...

"Decent stop. The breakfast wasn't great, and the pancake machine would have been really cool if it had worked, but it gave two halves of crispy pancake. The property was a little dingy overall."
