Swanen Hus is one of the historic buildings on the Nordstrand peninsula, lovingly and stylishly decorated in Frisian tones with sweeping views over the fields. The holiday home offers more than 160 square meters of space for up to 6 guests. On the spacious ground floor, you will find three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large open-plan kitchen with a fully equipped modern kitchenette and a dining table for six. There is also a utility room with its own washing machine. Upstairs, there is a large living room with two sofas, a reading chair, and a wood-burning stove, as well as a second living room/study with a dedicated workspace for workations and a second large bathroom. Amenities also include children's books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are available. The house is surrounded by a large private garden with two private terraces perfect for relaxing. Weber grill, lounge furniture, and sun loungers are provided. There are two parking spaces on the property.



Swanen Hus is idyllically situated in nature yet centrally located, within walking distance of a bakery, the island’s shops, and other local spots. The sea is just a 15-minute walk away. Nordstrand is a peninsula connected to the mainland by a causeway.
