No daily room service as promised. Windows on the first floor were unlocked and easily opened (check your windows for security!). "Our room was large and well maitained. I requested top floor so that there was no noise above us and they accommdated. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. "

"Best place we stayed (of 4 places) during our entire vacation! If the star ratings went up to 10, this would be a 9.9 (because there's always a little wiggle room for improvement, right?) Room was spacious and super clean, beds were very comfy, and we were SOOOO excited to be able to open the window a few inches and fall asleep to the amazing lullaby of the waves of Lake Michigan crashing on the shore -- nothing better!! "We were traveling through and picked a budget hotel. The room was huge, 2 doubles (not queens) and a pull out. Room is very dated but that was expected. Typical breakfast layout with cereal, toast yogurt coffee waffle maker and eggs from a box. Also had biscuits and gravy. Room clearly was smoked in or had animals in the past as my allergies were awful through the night. But overall what we exprected"
