"Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel is beaultiful and the courtyard is a lovely place to sit and relax/mingle. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfy. Water pressure and tempt in the shower leave you wanting more, towels are really thin and they barely give you enough for one person so be sure to ask for extra. There are no phones in the rooms so if you need anything you have to go downstairs. The vending machines were not working during our stay and the market in the lobby was not fully stocked...

"The bedding was old and uncomfortable. The shower didn't work well and had little to know shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The pool and hot tub were just gross. Long hairs in the pool and a sock. People there using the pool seem to know the staff and I question if they even had a room since they seem to be from the area. They brought there two young kids who were in the pool and hot tub with full diapers and also puked and or pooped in the pool. They left and about two minutes later we were...

"The breakfast did not deserve its name. By 8:30 AM, they had run out of milk. There was barely anything on their “buffet”, but you could purchase additional items displayed at a counter as you approached the breakfast area. For the price of the overnight stay, which comes at a premium, this is unacceptable."
