"Our stay was good our check in was not they didn’t get my reservation from hotels.com but they matched the price there were a couple features of the pool that didn’t work but the kids still loved it my only real complaint is They didn’t have an included breakfast"

"Staff was great as always. The Mayo has never disappointed, every time I have ask for anything such as extra pillows, sheets or a fan they have never hesitated and delivered. Will always stay at The Mayo when traveling to Tusla. "

"The only issue we had was when i tried to call the hotel to tell them we'd be checking in late and needed a shuttle in the morning, they could not help me because I went thru hotels.com. and I'd have to call you guys. Finally they said they'd transfer me to the front desk and they just said no problem as long as your here before midnight and let them know about the shuttle when you check in. This was after 10 minutes of hold and begging with the other guy."
