"Clean beds and room. Area and environs seemed fairly quiet/safe. Somewhat dated bathroom but acceptable. Decent morning breakfast serving oatmeal, cereal, pastries, yogurt, bagels, fruit. AC unit was fine, but room tended to be a bit humid. Friendly attentive staff - front desk, housekeping, especially the breakfast attendant who were very helpful and eager to do a good job. Would definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful stay. Went there for a couple of days on quiet weekdays. Beautiful pool area. They serve a healthy breakfast with fresh fruits and also provide complimentary light social dinners consisting of fresh vegetables and soup during weekdays. Nice and clean. Beds could have been a little more comfortable and air conditioning is noisy but other than that I loved it there. "

"Får efter lang ventetid nøglekort til et værelse der allerede boede nogen i, fik derefter nyt værelse hvor nøglen ikke virkede. Værelset var kedeligt og lås til badeværelset virkede ikke. Der var ingen hjælp at hente og ingen kompensation."

"The location of The Notary is excellent and convenient. The staff was mostly excellent; the only exception being the valet was somewhat rude to my husband when we checked out. Unfortunate since we are normally excellent tippers. The coffee maker in the room didn't work very well but we just got our coffee downstairs at the wonderful coffee shop. The bar was great and had friendly bartenders. The restaurant was decent. The staff was super helpful with local info and how to get around."

"I did pre check in and i had my room keys less then a minute after walking in from the friendly desk attendant. Room is clean and quiet. "

"The hotel is great, definitely expensive and not somewhere I could stay all of the time, but it was for a birthday. The parking fee is expensive so you may want to locate somewhere else to park, but other than that, I have no issues. The hotel is very clean, in a great location, and even though you're in a major city, when you're in the room, you can't hear the cars or noise outside. The bed is very comfortable, and we did have breakfast twice while we stayed there. A little confusing, at least...

"What a room! The only reason for the four stars was the carpet looked old and dirty. The room was nice it felt like being in a b&b. Todd was great checking in super attentive and the hotel was really detailed about how to access your room if you got in after 10pm. Best room I stayed in on my 8 day east coast stay. "

"The location is perfect. It’s a walking distance to UD and it’s in the middle of town with all the restaurants which are of many varieties. The room is also nicely designed and clean. Would recommend."

"We stayed for four nights. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful. Breakfast was exactly the same each day and could use some variety. We had one issue where one restaurant in their discount list did not provide the discount but otherwise we had a great stay!"

"The room was in need of a renovation, but clean and comfortable. We were not advised beforehand about the $30 a night parking charge, even though there were no secure lot. "
