Staff was not as helpful as other hotels we stayed at. We were unable to reach anyone using the hotel room phone for room service. We had to go down to the lobby for any assistance and to order room service."
"Not an expensive place but expected better based on the prior reviews. Beds are pretty worn (feel the springs), the highway and airport noise constant. Have stayed in other places around the airport that offer better accommodation for the same price and more attentive clerks. Not planning to be back. "

I was very surprised by the fact that instead of waiting at the reception desk for check-in to be done, I was referred to a seat further inside the hotel to have a welcome drink.
The fact that the hotel staff greet you and say goodbye using your name when you leave and enter was also a positive surprise.

"Sehr herzliches, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Man konnte hier sowohl von der Karte bestellen, als auch sich am Buffet bedienen.
Das Hotel ist sehr neu und gut ausgestattet. Der Rooftop Pool war ein Highlight besonders Abends über den Dächern von Hanoi."
