"The property is very safe and beautiful. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. This was our second time there. Unfortunately wasn't as good as the first. We had two rooms, one didn't have AC working correctly and they would not fix it and didn't offer to move us until 5 days in with two days left. Also had a sink leaking that wasn't fixed. "The hotel grounds were well kept up with. The beach amazing. The overall staff were not as friendly. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and kuddos for they do a great job. Restaurants- the food was not good and served small portions. The food is overpriced for the quality and taste you get. The week I stayed we resolved the food issue with renting a shuttle and going to Brazalitos which is very near and Tamarindo about 30 min away to eat better authentic food with a reasonable price....

Selve hotellet er lækkert med masser plads, natur og smukke rolige faciliteter. Men det bedste ved stedet er personalet og hvad de er i stand til.
