"The window in the room is frosted which IMO is absurd, especially in a place as beautiful as CR. I asked for a different room and was told all the rooms have just one window that is completely frosted. I don't mind a small room, but a small room without an actual window isn't tolerable for me. I asked for a refund and was told no, so I said I would post this bad review. They responded with a sarcastic, "Thanks". I found a much, much better place to stay even though I had to pay their bill.
