"To be honest it’s not entirely all at fault with Marriott but whew there could be many more improvements… when I arrived there was a fire truck and Battalion truck .. everyone was standing outside - I wasn’t sure if I could go in - no one stopped me - I walked in and I was kindly told to not come in yet. "Maybe because I am tech-disadvantaged or because I was already stressed, I had issues checking in, but once I got a live person on the phone, she walked me through it and was the most kind and patient person at a moment that I needed that in my life. I was in town to visit my dying father in Hospice and my mother in ICU. The one good thing was the lady on the other line not making me feel stupid, nor was she rude at anytime. It may have been a small thing to her, but it was a huge thing to me....
