"The worse experience, room was absolutely horrible , broken shower head , dirty room, smell like drainage . Absolutely dirty mattress. There was pee stains in the toilet seat . Customer service was horrible. We paid almost 4K for 2 deluxe rooms and 2 master suite. They refuse to give me all 4 rooms and only gave me 3. Refuse to refund me . We requested lower levels or at least all In the same floor as we were traveling as a family ,we got them 1 in the 5th floor 3rd floor and second floor. At...

"First of all front desk make me feel less important because I booked thru Expedia, they tried to charge me a balance at front desk, I had to show them the what I pay thru Expedia my balance they made me wait almost 30 minutes to fix that issue, another thing, the elevator was not working, I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath sea view for a reason for 4 days, since elevator was not working they were expecting us to used the stairs, lol i thought they were going to relocate us to another building but...

"I love design, interiors, being close to the action, small business, and art. This place checked ALLLL the boxes! I can’t wait to come back when the rooftop pool is done. They have put thought and brilliance into every tile, furniture piece and plant. There was plenty of street parking, and once we found a spot we liked we just stayed parked there. You are in walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, farmacias. Seriously this place is 11/10!!!"

"Of all the Marrott and Fairfield Inns that I've visited this one by far is the worst. The bathrooms are the worst. Low water pressure, and luke warm water. The breakfast buffet horrible with cold eggs, and cold mini pancakes. The surrounding exterior swarming with roaches. The staff is courteous and helpful. Luckily there are many restaurants, and a Walmart. I was here on a work assignment for over 2 months and every room I had, had issues. Not worth the price of a stay."

"The room was excellent. When I walked in and my wife, we were both amazed of the scenery. The view. Once we opened the curtain, the view of all the pools and the ocean. The room was excellent, super clean, it was the best day. My wife and I have in a long time and a very beautiful condominio. I will go back and try to get the same room again and again and here. Great price. Also can’t beat it."

"Everything was great, EXCEPT the bed was terrible, impossible to sleep in, we left a day early because we were so tired from being unable to sleep at night. For what we paid I expected a mattress, this felt barely a step above a box spring. Bring an air mattress, it’ll be better. The staff was super nice, the building and pools and everything else was awesome…. But the bed ruined it for us."
