"Our room at the Furness Mansion was spotlessly clean, tricked out with everything we could imagine needing for small meals (fridge, coffee pot, coffee, a few plates/bowls/utensils), a bidet!, well-appointed bathroom and shower, and comfy beds and linens. We loved being close to the Dunes National Park. A lovely place to stay for an evening or two."
"There is plenty of parking right in front of the building. Checking in was easy—you get the physical key from a lockbox using a 4-digit code. The place was pristinely clean.
The lake view was beautiful, and you can enjoy it from the chairs right by the door, or from inside.
My wife and I used the kayaks to explore Fox Lake, and it was a lot of fun. Even though it was my first time, it was easy to maneuver through the still water. Life jackets are conveniently kept in the brown box.

"I did not enjoy my experience: From the start I was sent up to a room with two keys on a floor that has two sides no one came with me and spent probably 10 minutes trying to get into the room.I had to go back down to the lobby to get help. So someone could let me into the room. The luggage carts that are used to carry luggage were filthy. No windows to look outside in the room I was in. No toothbrushes or toothpaste. Thin walls I could hear people talking and walking throughout the night....
