"Waited at check in as room wasn't ready even though we arrived after 4p.. when we finally got into the room, the bathroom wasn't clean. Scum around bathtub. Faucet, and dirt in the toilet. Floors were.also sticky."
"Clean room however it did have a musty smell upon entering. The lady who was on site introduced herself and was very friendly. The view of lake was pretty. Overall a nice quiet place with plenty of space in the room."
"We love the Peninsula in general but this time the concierge failed BIG TIME.
Being from Europe and happen to be in the US in the 4th of July , we asked for a restaurant/ vennue where ofc we would be able to see fireworks.. we where booked at a restaurant where not one single piece of firework was visible throughout the whole night .
This was the ONLY criteria for the conceirce to take care of and it was a TOTAL failure.. had we had a good dinner that could have made up for some of the failure...
"Stayed for a weekend trip. Staff were extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the property and city in general. Room arrangement and amenities were excellent. Pool was larger than expected for a ‘high rise’ pool, and very family friendly - towels/locker room was well stocked. Location in relation to city is perfect for shopping and local excursions, but would recommend uber/lift to get around"
