"This property is in a moderately bad area. I was told to stay in the hotel and not walk around and do not go into the nearby mall. The hotel was very clean, the room was huge. Bed and pillows were very comfotable. The night staff at the desk was nasty but the day and afternoon staff were lovely. Food was mediocre at best-glad it was free. Overall ok, but area is dicey. "

"The facility was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The area was quiet but a little remote. We had to travel a few miles into Michigan to find places to eat. Breakfast quality and quantity was good. We especially appreciate real brewed coffee, unlike the coffee sludge machines to which many other hotel chains have switched."

"It was clean but not a good deep clean as there was dirt on the bathroom floor. The king bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I kept waking up in pain all night long. We thought about leaving and not staying a second night, but didn’t want to lose our money. The bed was our biggest issue as it caused us to be tired and sore, versus having a good nights rest. My husband tried to lay on the couch and that was just as bad. The pool was cold and our special needs son who loves the water...
