"From the pictures, I could tell that this place would be nice. And I wasn't disappointed. The pool was big. The hot tub was nice. The gym room was right nearby. The pool had wide windows so you don't feel like you're in a tight indoor pool. There is also a deck on the side of the pool. It overlooked bushes, so it felt nice sitting there. The lobby area was nice with comfortable chairs. Staff was very nice. Rooms were modern. I appreciated that there were many outlets. They had a nice bar, and...

"Horrible smelling hallways, musty, mildewy. Awful room smell. Bubbling peeling wallpaper, moldy jet tub, wouldn't even use it. Terrible lumpy mattress, unusable pillows; sheet-like blanket. Never got the requested wake-up calls. Trash all around the parking lot, overflowing receptacles. Rusted out vehicles with months old flat tires. Won't stay there again ever. Won't look for Best Western again, anywhere."

"Property was clean and room configuration was ideal for my snoring husband and I. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the walls were not very sound proof at all. The tv in the living area next door could be heard all night while sleeping in the pullout in our living room. I also woke up to the Rocky theme coming from the room on the other side. Regardless, I think I would stay there again for the room layout and cleanliness."
