"We reserved a 1 bedroom suite through Expedia. When we checked in and went up to our room, we had a king studio suite. We went back down and explained what we were expecting due to sharing with our daughter and wanting some privacy. The AMAZING staff understood the situation and checked to see if they had what we had reserved available as it was a rodeo, ren faire and homecoming weekend. Luckily they did and they quickly switched it with no extra cost to us as we had used my credit card rewards...

"We came up to Dayton for a family reunion and we normally stay at hotel. We decided to try a house this year and we are so glad we found this place. It was perfect for our family. The house was so pretty and beautifully decorated inside. It was very clean and they had everything we possibly could have needed and more. Our family drinks a lot of water and I was thinking we were going to have to go out a buy bottle water but they had a 5 gallon water that was available and some cold bottled water....

"Vi betalte ca 20$ for at få den store wifi forbindelse som var nødvendig til flere brugere, blev vi oplyst. Senere erfarede vi så at andre gæster kun havde betalt 10$ for den lille opkobling som altså alligevel gav adgang til flere brugere. Dårlig stil/info. Værelset stank af røg, ja faktisk stank hele hotellet af røg og det blev forsøgt skjult med duftfriskere. Det var virkelig klamt. Sengen som skulle være en dobbeltseng var kun en halvandenmands. Der var ingen dyne, kun et uldtæppe. Lige over...

"What a wonderful stay! We were in town to celebrate Family Weekend with our freshman son at the University Of Dayton. We did not want to stay in a hotel and by the time I was booking in May, so much of the short term rentals were already picked over. This checked so many boxes…within 15-ish min to campus, at least 2 bed/2bath and greeeat reviews! The home was spotless, inviting, spacious comfortable.
