"The staff was helpful & friendly. One lady even went and bought from her own pocket some continental breakfast items. The staff was working with no air-conditioning & it was very hot. The room was clean. They asked if we needed anything & brought us extra towels. Our air was working fine- thank goodness. The layout of the room was odd. The toliet was in front of the shower & you had to go into another room (that used to be a closet) to wash your hands.

"The room was in desperate need of upgrades. Our lamp shades all had visible water damage. The bathtub ran constantly no matter how you turned the knob. The knob itself was upside down and it was difficult to know where the hot and cold was. If I got the water hot enough, the water pressure wasn’t good. We have stayed at other Embassys and this has been our least favorite. Even the breakfast was not as good as the other ones we have stayed at."
