"It was a great time! Power went out due to a tornado 3 miles down the street, while we were all in shelter, and the staff was amazing and handled it really well! Would highly recommend staying here!"

"Front desk was nice, breakfast delicious, quiet, pillows could be firmer, spacious rooms, elevator fast. Would stay here again after renovations. Only thing was the $50 extra dollars that was unexpected for fees. But it was returned about a week later. Rogers/Bentonville is a beautiful place and lots of tournaments for different sports are held here. The weekend after there was a tornado that came through :/ so keep in mind they have some rebuilding to do. Stayed May 17th-19th, 2024"

"Located in Johnson - about halfway between Springdale and Fayetteville - this super new, clean and convenient hotel is a gem. Pricing fluctuates based on demand, but we got it on a great week - so the value was superb. "

"When we arrived at BW in Eureka Springs, there was no power in the city due to storms and tornadoes. Pam at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, despite the stress of no electricity. She led us to our room with a flashlight, and opened our room with her management key, just reminding us to check in next morning to receive our own keys. Couldn't believe she was still so calm and hospitable amidst the weather crisis."

"We got caught in the Bentonville tornado 5-25-24! The power went out so everyone had to check out Sunday morning. The power was out all over the city, The staff was very helpful and we hope to be able to come back in the fall."
