"My boyfriend and I absolutely loved staying here this weekend. We had a nice view from our balcony and when dinner time came there was a grill we were able to use. We ate right next to the creek outside and it was perfect. The jetted bath tub was incredible and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was so kind and friendly and kept asking if we needed anything during our stay. I highly recommend them!!! "

"We love staying at historic hotels and this was one of the best. Perfect for a stopover as we drove from New Mexico to California. Check-in was easy. Yes the stairs are steep, and we just left our suitcases in the car. The hotel is beautifully restored and we appreciated all the details of the decor and furnishings. We loved the Best Gals room and watching trains go by. Very charming. Also close to shops and restaurants. Easy parking right in front. Would definitely stay here again. "
