"Our room was way in the back on the water which is fine except we had to carry our bags way back there with no sidewalk, so no rolling of bags, carrying. There was no wifi but I was give the password to the admin wifi after I asked for it (walking back to the desk after getting to my room).
I tried contacting them via Expedia to see if I could drop my bags off early. It took a few hours and several questions for them to finally reply, yes. Breakfast is only 1 option for your included breakfast....
"The room was absolutely amazing over the water complete view the entire beach. They need a little plumbers tape on the showerhead. Other than that the room was amazing. The staff are so helpful so awesome. I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome they were the entire trip. If you’re staying anywhere near West Bay and you want your own little slice of paradise, this
is the perfect spot."
"If you want a fantastic island stay without tourists go here. Avoid the “West End”. That’s for Cruise ships and a Disney World vacation. George and Mable were most helpful. George took us for a day boat ride through the Mango swamps and we stopped at floating Tiki Bar for a coconut drink. The fresh ocean salt water pool was fantastic. "

"A lovely cottage nestled in the jungle. A bit remote and a car is needed to get around. The walk to the beach is steep but very manageable. It seemed like the listing is very new and there were a few challenges during our stay. The management was very responsive and things should settle over time. "
