"It is our 2 time here. Still nice but the water pressure in the shower was so low that it was impossible to wash my long hair and the fixtures was also broken. We had the room next to the cleaners, and they were talking very loud even if it early in the morning. The room is nice, but there is no privacy when you are on the toilet because it is and open part of the room. So if you wake up in the night to go to the bathroom, it lights up the whole room. "

"Airport shuttle service easy to contact & responsive. Great that this hotel is so close to the airport. Easy check-in. Room was comfortable and clean. Would stay here again if flying out of Providence."

Front desk staff both the gentleman in middle of night and the woman on Sunday morning both pleasant, welcoming, good sense of humor. Cleaning crew also very pleasant. Could have used morecentral lighting in the room."
