The Space:

The home's signature feature is its oversized, fully enclosed private courtyard, complete with a private plunge pool that can be heated for Jacuzzi use, built-in BULL BBQ, outdoor sink and preparation area, outdoor dining, sun loungers, shade sail, and open-air shower. Whether you are cooling off during the afternoon, grilling dinner outside, or relaxing beneath the string lights in the evening, the courtyard gives you your own private space to enjoy Aruba's outdoor lifestyle.



Inside, the home features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining areas, in-unit laundry, a sofa bed, and a covered upper-level balcony.



Open-Plan Living Area:

The bright, comfortable living area features a deep-cushioned sofa bed, round wooden coffee table, and wall-mounted Smart TV with a soundbar. A modern ceiling fan keeps the air moving, while sheer and blackout curtains allow you to control the afternoon sunshine. The sofa converts into additional sleeping space, providing extra flexibility for families and small groups.



Kitchen & Dining:

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, including a double-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, electric range and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinnerware, a toaster, and a drip coffee maker. Three cushioned barstools at the center island provide a convenient spot for breakfast or casual meals, while the separate dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together.



Private Courtyard, Plunge Pool/Jacuzzi & BBQ:

Step outside into your fully enclosed private courtyard, one of the signature features of Villa Sail Away. Cool off in your private circular plunge pool or heat it for Jacuzzi use when it is time to relax. For outdoor cooking, the courtyard features a built-in BULL BBQ with an outdoor sink and preparation area, making it easy to grill and enjoy meals outside in your own private space. Stretch out on the sun loungers beneath the shade sail or rinse off under the open-air shower after returning from the beach. As evening arrives, string lights create a relaxing atmosphere around the courtyard, complemented by Villa Sail Away's distinctive hand-painted sailboat mural.

Located directly off the primary bedroom, the covered upper-level balcony features exposed wood ceiling beams, curved wrought-iron railings, two comfortable outdoor armchairs, and a small drink table. Set within a secure, gated community with controlled entry, this private upper-level corner residence features keyless access, with a custom smart lock code issued prior to arrival.

Parking: Complimentary 24/7 on-site parking is included.

Access: The residence is situated on the upper level and accessed via a private exterior staircase.

Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.



HOUSEKEEPING:

This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We provide beach chairs (4), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.



CONCIERGE SERVICE:

Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.
