Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and the house was extremely clean and beautiful. Our whole family truly enjoyed our stay.
The kitchen tools were used rather than new, but overall they were acceptable.
Unfortunately, the hot tub temperature control stopped working on the second day, and the water became almost the same as the pool, making it too cold to enjoy in the evenings. Maintenance responded quickly and came twice, which we appreciated, but the issue was not resolved. On the checkout day, their visit took place right before we left, and because we missed the message while preparing to depart, we were unable to enjoy the pool one last time right before our departure, as we had hoped.
This trip was very special to us — a long-awaited return to the Caribbean and possibly our last family trip with all five of us together. We carefully chose this home with our children, and the hot tub was one of the highlights we were most looking forward to, so it was disappointing that it was only warm on the first evening.
Despite this, we are truly grateful for the beautiful home, warm hospitality, and quick responses throughout our stay. The incredible ocean, sky, and people of Aruba made this trip very memorable.
