Ejendommen er lokaliseret i lokalområde i sydvest for Aruba. Meget sikker og rolig, men tæt på turist spænding, hvis du ønsker. Marriott Resort & Casino at Palm Beach ligger i nærheden. Palm Beach Plaza Mall i gåafstand med biografer, butikker, kasinoer, restauranter.
Vandsport - som windsurfing, kitesurfing, parasailing, sejlads, padle boarding-alt i gåafstand.

Stue:
Denne hyggelige stue har alle moderne bekvemmeligheder. Et dejligt udvalg af komfortable møbler og farverige dekorationer gør dig straks føle sig hjemme! Gratis ubegrænset Wi-Fi, et sikkert og et fladskærms-tv til din bekvemmelighed.
Bøger, dvd-afspiller med film og familie spil og er til rådighed for et dovent øjeblik på 'hjem'. Alle værelser har aircondition, men det er ikke altid nødvendigt med vores Trade Wind at blæse igennem ..

Køkken:
Vores køkken er fuldt udstyret med opvaskemaskine stor komfur og et køleskab med fryser. Samt mikrobølgeovn, kaffemaskine, blender, brødrister og meget mere! Spiseborde tilbydes indenfor og udenfor og wil plads maksimalt 6 personer. Kaffe, te, krydderier og koldt vand er tilgængelige ved ankomsten.

soveværelser:
Vores 2 soveværelser er individuelt aircondition. Soveværelse er romantisk udstyret med koloniale møbler. Du vil sove som en kongelig i himmelsengekongen!
Andet soveværelse har 2 enkeltsenge, som kan sættes sammen om nødvendigt. Sengelinned er gratis. Rejser med en baby? Vi tilbyder en legeplads og højstol til brug for dig.

Badeværelse:
Badeværelset er lille, men har et varmt vand bruser, håndvask og toilet. Alle håndklæder leveres gratis.

Udenfor og have:
Fuldt indhegnet, dejlig anlagt gård har to udendørs lounge og en pool. En grill, udendørs spisestue og en hængekøje til dine chill-out øjeblikke og familie middage.
Vaskemaskinen opbevares udenfor i vaskerummet.
Vi tilbyder køleboks, strand stole, badehåndklæder, snorkel sæt og børn legetøj at gøre din dag på stranden-mere behagelig !!

Vi er ikke der for at møde dig under check-in. Der er en nøgleboks med en kode ved indgangen. Taster til port og hoveddør er i denne nøgleboks. Koden vil blive leveret tæt på ankomstdatoen.

First Timers

It was mine and my husbands first time to Aruba. Casa Dora was a perfect house with the cutest outdoor patio. So conveniently close to the beach (we loved going to Arashi Beach) just a quick car ride around the corner. Would definitely stay there again!!

Stay at Casa Dora

We had difficulty finding the house on the street because of the numbering system. The key pad to get the key to the house qas tricky and difficult to open. The key to the safe gets stuck and might need replacing. Once we were settled in we loved the house, the pool and the yard. A but noisy because of the traffic. Jeannine was quick to respond to our messages. Jean came to clean the pool on a regular basis and Patrick the property manager was attentive. All and alll we had a great stay and would return.

We had a wonderful time!

The photos on this listing don't do this property the justice it deserves. Once we arrived, we realized the furnishings are actually better than the photos depict. The pool was bigger than we thought as well as it was about 4.5 feet deep; abit more than a plunge pool. I originally thought it would be more of a kiddie pool depth. We were pleasantly surprised! This isn't a "con" against this property just an FYI... keep that door closed!! I walked out only long enough to grab my drink for a refill (Literally 5-7 seconds) and a lizard ran in! LOL! We didn't care, it is an island and they do eat other bugs. We did eventually get the little guy out a couple days later. They are QUICK! TIP for bathroom: the outlet on the wall will work when you turn on the switch outside the bathroom door; it took a me until day three to figure that out. :) Also, there is an additional traditional coffee maker in the large cabinet where the dishes are located; it was on the bottom right when I was there. It's small but it worked just fine for 2 people. The coffee make on the counter is a pod using machine. (Not Kureig; the smaller version). We would love to return soon! TIP: travel on off days and take the earliest flight available to arrive and depart. You'll save some headaches at the airport.

Relaxing trip

We wanted a relaxing trip, quiet place walkable to the beach. Casa Dora fit the bill. We had our own splash pool, nice patio area and about a 15 min walk to Palm Beach. A 10 minute walk to grocery store. It was easy to order a cab when we did not want to walk. If you want to explore a rental car is needed. There is street parking on the side. Aruba Stay

This place is perfect for adults only to stay. It is near beaches, resorts and the marketplace. Upon our arrival we were notified by the owner that there was a hole in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms due to a leak because of the rain. A negative aspect of this place was the infestation of cockroaches which according to the owner it was also due to the rain. We enjoyed the plunge pool which was perfect for a group of 3. The bathroom is small but manageable. Overall, this place was comfortable for the time we stayed in Aruba. Jeanine was reachable at any time and would answer promptly to any questions or concerns.

Perfect size for a couple . 10 min walk to Marriott and beach. House very clean and has all you need. Small market in walking distance. Pool smaller but great for a cool down when hanging on the patio. Will definitely come back for our next stay.

Sweet Casa Dora

Lovely little house (I know it’s an apartment but it doesn’t feel like one). So close to everything. Communication with Jeannine is quick and check in easy. Love that there’s snorkel gear and coolers and beach chairs. We cook breakfast and lunch “at home” so the kitchen is perfectly supplied for our needs. The pool is lovely and refreshing after a hot day at beach or hiking. It’s also nice to cool off before bed. This is our 4th trip to Aruba and this is possibly our best rental yet. Tip: the Marriott hotels right across Irausquin have free parking, Starbucks, gelato, great gift stores, and lovely sunsets. There is a local artisan market there on Tuesday and Thursday nights 6-9 with amazing handmade gifts. Can’t wait to return again.

This home is wonderful. It has everything you need for a great stay. The pool is wonderful to take a dip in to cool off. It is close to the beaches and shopping. We really loved the breeze while sitting outside.

Montana USA to Aruba - Fabulous

This house is exactly as described. Clean. Delightful. Close enough to activities however far enough away from the hustle and bustle from the main drag of Aruba. The pool is refreshing. The porches are perfect for lounging and reading. Somethings to think about: 1. the stand up shower is small. Not for a tall or larger person. For the ladies it is difficult to shave your legs. My fix was to shave outside of the shower (at the sink) then take the shower afterwards. It worked well. The shower is not HOT. It is Aruba hot 😃. However the temp of the shower is perfect for the temp outside. (Jan high was 80-82.) 2. There is no local phone in the house. Making local calls are on you and your cell service. Hope you enjoy your stay in Aruba as we did!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser Wohnung und es war einfach traumhaft! Man hatte alles, was man brauchte und mit dem Mietwagen konnten wir überall leicht hinfahren. Die Betten war sehr gemütlich, der Pool genau richtig! Jeanine hat all unsere Fragen schnell beantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Es war schön ruhig in der Ecke, Entspannung pur. :-) Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Property was exactly as described, transaction and experience were awesome. The location is great, we had a car so we were able to quickly get to anything we wanted, but not a long walk to beaches (1m). Street was busier than I expected as it is on route from resort area to main interior route, but we had no issues. Place had everything we needed for the week. We stopped at SuperFoods on way to property, but could have saved us some money if we would have checked in first as there food bags, several condiments, etc. that we would not have had to buy. I will definately consider it a place to stay on our next visit to Aruba, sure hated to leave. Communication and directions were spot on. Thanks for making our first trip to the happy island a good one.

Superb spot in Aruba

Everything is exactly as listed. Property is in walking distance to Marriott hotel, and bus lines (which we took almost everyday! Get a day pass!) and supermarkets. Super friendly island, and had no issues at all. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Our overall experience was very nice. Outside patio area was absolutely lovely especially in the evenings. It would be nice to have the bushes trimmed on the side street where the car is parked. My only recommendation. Thank you for this nice stay.

Great home for our stay in Aruba

We enjoyed our stay at the Casa Dora. The home is clean, spacious and has everything you would need. The neighborhood felt safe and the property had plenty of locks and lighting. We loved the outdoor patio and pool. Probably easiest to rent a car for this location. We rented a car and explored the island and were able to get to some of the other beaches with the available beach chairs and coolers. We saw quite a few sea turtles with the snorkeling gear provided by the Casa Dora at Boca Catalina beach , where you enter the water at the stairs carved into the rocks. It is easy to get to Palm Beach but we could only find a few areas where you could rent an umbrella/ palapa, most belong to the large resorts. The Casa Dora made our wonderful vacation on Aruba even better. We would recommend this property.

Jeanine was incredible to book with. We did the self check in and it went perfect. The property is in a great location in quiet neighborhood away from the resorts and just a few blocks from the beach. We rented a car which i highly recomend to explore the island. The pool at the bungalow was cleaned two times the week we stayed there and the jets and light in the pool was an added bonus for a nightly romantic setting. The bungalow has all the necessities you need, nice decorations, comfy king size bed and the 3 air conditioners worked very well. My girlfriend and i enjoyed our stay in Aruba and will be back. This is a 5 star bungalow hands down. You will not be disappointed staying at this location. If you are going to Aruba I highly recommend that you rent a UTV to explore the island. Look for the Natural Pool (you can only get there by UTV or a Jeep, Natural Bridge, Old Gold Site Building, Teaser Charters for deep sea fishing (we caught 13 fish in 4 hours), Scuba Diving in Palm Beach on the ship wrecks, Baby Beach for snorkeling, and go to the light house. 20th Anniversary Trip

We picked Casa Dora as the first house in our trip to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The house was exactly as advertised and very much fit what we were looking for. That meant our own ‘home’, close to everything, large outdoor space and private pool. Casa Dora doesn’t have high end finishes or fancy furniture but it is very well maintained and clean and has absolutely everything you need for a great Aruba vacation. We used the outdoor space every morning for coffee and then jumped in the pool every afternoon when we got back from the beach to cool off with a cocktail. We sat outside every evening enjoying the breeze. We only used the air conditioning (which worked very well) in the bedroom at night. Having a car is key so you can drive to the different beaches. We loved the fact that Casa Dora had brand new Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler for drinks and snorkel gear. We took them to Palm Beach, Arashi Beach and Baby Beach (our favorite). The only slight negative I could give is the area to park the car next to the house was not easy. It is very small and overgrown with weeds. That needs to be cleaned up. Other than that, Casa Dora really met everything we were looking for during our trip to Aruba. Thanks, Jeanine,

Great place to stay and explore Aruba

My two sisters and I stayed at Casa Dora in mid-January. It was a perfect size for us. All communications with Jeanine were wonderful; check in and check out was a breeze. She gave great directions on how to get there from the airport. There were ice cubes and pitcher of water already in the fridge with a few left over items like salad dressing, butter, olive oil, etc. The location is great for a “home base”. We rented a car and it was very easy to get to the beaches and attractions that we wanted to go to. Close to the high rise hotels, shopping, restaurants and a mall if that is your style. The outside area was my favorite with the shade and the winds – it was perfect to sit and relax any time of the day and stay cool and comfy. I especially enjoyed my coffee in the morning and evening cocktails at the outside sitting area where the lizards, birds and a humming bird came to visit. The pool is very small and salt water, but very refreshing if you need to cool off. The inside was tidy and comfortable. The kitchen had any item that you might need for cooking; the living room furniture was comfortable and we never used the dining room table; we rarely were inside. We only turned on the living room AC twice for about 5 minutes to take the edge of the heat; we did use the bedroom AC nightly. They did a great job cooling the rooms quickly. There were some minor issues in the beginning and Jeannine was quickly responsive to those issues and fixed them. I do think Casa Dora is better suited for a couple or a couple with children and not 4 adults. I could feel the springs in the twin bed I slept in which was uncomfortable. (The large bed has a pillow top and was very comfy!) The only other issue was a couple of the window screens kept falling out of the tracks but it was pretty easy to put them back in. I would certainly recommend this place for the perfect “home base” that is close to beaches and easy to get to attractions for a very reasonable price. Get to see Aruba on a modest budget!
