Spacious 8-Bedroom, 8.5-Bath Pool Villa in the Heart of Palm Beach

Summer Sol is our largest villa, with 8 king bedrooms and 8.5 baths, and it comfortably sleeps 18 guests. It's about a 5-minute walk to the heart of Palm Beach, with its beach, restaurants, nightlife, casinos and shops. Seven bedrooms have private en-suite baths, and the eighth has a full bath right outside its door. Outside, gather around the sparkling pool, jetted tub and covered outdoor bar. Ideal for milestone birthdays, family reunions and groups who want space without splitting up.

THE SPACE
Entry & Layout
Upon entering, you're welcomed by an open-concept floor plan. The living room has two sets of French glass doors, one leading to the pool area and the other to the bar/lounge space. There is AC throughout, hot water and high-speed internet.

Kitchen/Dining
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel Samsung appliances. The dining table seats 12, with a breakfast bar for 4 more. The kitchen includes a 5-burner gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side fridge/freezer with ice maker, Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker (drip and single-serve), toaster, tea kettle, pots and pans, and dining essentials. With large groups the ice maker may not keep up, so you may need to buy extra ice. Please do not put bags of ice into the ice dispenser, as it damages the motor.
A starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, dishwasher pods, a new sponge and cleaning supplies is under the sink. Condiments are not provided but are left for the next guest if applicable.

Living Room
The large, comfortable living room is open to the kitchen, with 3 cozy couches and a 75-inch smart TV with free cable (just bring your own passwords for Netflix, Hulu and other streaming apps).

Outdoor Space
The private yard has high walls for added seclusion. The in-ground pool is 4.5 feet deep and gets sun throughout the day, with a sunbathing ledge perfect for relaxing or for little ones to splash. A jetted tub (not a hot tub) adds extra relaxation, and lounge chairs surround the pool. The outdoor lounge has a cozy sectional couch and a bar with five barstools, and 2 hanging egg swing chairs make a relaxing spot to unwind. Upstairs, French doors at the top of the staircase open onto a larger balcony with seating that overlooks the pool, with the Riu hotel in the distance.

Bedrooms
This villa has 8 bedrooms, all with king beds, and sleeps 18. On the main level are 2 bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom and one with a bathroom just outside the door. The second floor has 5 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The en-suite at the front of the home has its own private balcony with 2 seats and a small coffee table, with a view of the street, a side view of the pool, and the Riu and Playa Linda in the distance. Bedroom 4 also has a baby crib. The 8th bedroom is a detached suite with French doors overlooking the pool, with a king bed plus 2 twin beds and its own bathroom. All bedrooms have smart TVs, dressers and large closets, except the 8th bedroom, which has a wall rack for hanging clothes. Bedroom 5 also has a large desk and office chair, ideal if you need to work remotely.

Bathrooms
There are 8.5 bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms on the main level (one en-suite, one in the hallway), 5 en-suite bathrooms upstairs, 1 in the detached 8th bedroom, and a half bath off the pool deck. Each full bathroom has a stand-up shower with a modern glass shower panel and a detachable handheld shower head. Each bathroom has fresh towels, hand soap, a hairdryer and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Please bring shampoo and body wash.

Laundry Room
A separate laundry room in the backyard near the bar has 2 washers and 2 dryers. We provide a small starter pack of laundry soap. Please use only HE liquid or pods, not powdered soap.

Outdoor Games
Regulation-size cornhole and pool basketball.

Beach Items
Beach cooler, low-profile beach chairs, beach towels (one per person) and a pump for floats. We do not provide beach umbrellas or pool floats, but we leave pool floats behind when previous guests leave them in good condition. For sanitary reasons, we do not provide or keep snorkel gear. We also do not provide a radio or speaker for the beach, so please pack one if you'd like music.

Additional Amenities
Iron and ironing board, vacuum, and a safe in the back bedroom on the main level.

Children
Please note the villa is not specifically childproofed. A baby crib (with fitted sheet) and a highchair are always provided. A pack 'n play or booster seat may be available on request, so please ask ahead. There are no outlet covers or safety gates for the stairs. The property is fully walled, but there is no fence directly around the pool.

GUEST ACCESS
Upon booking, you'll receive an electronic welcome link that you can easily share with your guests, with all the essential information for your stay. A lockbox is located at the front door; you'll receive the code at 3 PM on your arrival day. Self check-in and self checkout make arrival and departure easy. Check-in is at 4 PM unless otherwise arranged. The driveway fits 1 car, and additional cars can park on the street in front of the home. Guests have full access to the entire villa, except the owner's closet in the backyard next to the laundry room.

We're always available if you need us! You can reach us anytime through the platform, phone, text or email. Our contact info is listed in the welcome link you'll receive once your booking is confirmed. We recommend downloading WhatsApp, which is widely used on the island; it makes it easy to book restaurants, call a taxi and stay connected with us during your stay.
