The neighbourhood itself is quiet, safe, and primarily residential, giving you a relaxed atmosphere away from the busy hotel zones. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind, whether you’re enjoying a slow morning by the pool or coming back after a day out exploring.

From Montecito House, you can reach Palm Beach in about 7 minutes, Eagle Beach in 10 minutes, and Arashi Beach in under 10 minutes. Having a car gives you the flexibility to explore different parts of the island at your own pace without relying on schedules or availability.

Taxis are available across the island and are reliable, but costs can add up quickly if used frequently. There is no widespread public transportation system for tourists, so driving is by far the most practical option.

The property includes one garage parking space, with additional street parking available if needed. If you’d like, we can also help arrange a rental with a trusted local partner.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. The house is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout for your comfort. Additionally, the property offers secure parking for guests traveling with their vehicles. Our dedicated team is available 24/7 to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay. We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. Each guest receives two white bath towels and a beach towel for ultimate relaxation.

Bathrooms are fully stocked with two hand towels each – one for immediate use and a second conveniently placed in the drawer or closet for your convenience. Should you need more please plan accordingly

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises including the outdoor area as well. Any violation will result in a fine of at least $300
