Best stay in Thailand so far in terms of relaxation. Away from the pollution of Bangkok and traffic of Phuket. Take a bus from Bangkok. It’s 6 hours. Go visit so many different attractions. Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. Goes with out saying i will never use this app again, watch out !! If You have a genuine problem you can forget getting your money back !! "
