"Worst service ever in the history of hotels"

"Everything is broken and not cleaned"

"A small, quiet hostel that is very clean and new looking inside. Outside it looks like an abandoned building and I walked past a couple of times without noticing the small sticker on the window. I liked that there was a communal sofa and TV area and sat with a couple of other guests and watched a film. There are no window coverings in the room which was not good as the room was on a main road so light was always shining. There were no staff on site so cannot comment on staff."

"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "

"Great location, friendly staff and beautiful city"

"Great location, lovely and clean"

"The hotel was pretty much as expected. It was adequate for the price and met our expectations. The terrace was a nice bonus, and we used it both in the morning for coffee and in the afternoon. The location was convenient, with the main attractions within walking distance."
