The Master Bedroom is on its own side of the house and offers a brand-new King Size bedroom set with top of the line brand new furniture and mattress; large bathroom with 2 separate sinks and walk in shower and bath tub. The additional 2 bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house with the second bathroom.

Second Bedroom is large and comfortable offers a very nice and elegant queen size bedroom set with a very comfortable mattress.

Third Bedroom is also a nice size and offers a 2 full size bedroom sets with comfortable mattress.

Enjoy free Wi-Fi and comfort of watching SMART 4K UHD TV in living room and SMART TV in Master Bedroom and another TV in 2nd Bedroom. Fully equipped for your entire cooking needs kitchen has a lovely eating area overlooking lake. Other amenities include dishwasher, fridge, stove, and microwave. Kitchen and living room have accesses to spacious lanai and private pool. House has two car garage and very big driveway as well as washer and drier for your convenience. Roomy and airy living and dining room have sliding doors which can be fully opened to lanai on a cool day to enjoy coastal breeze.

The house is located in the quiet, family friendly and welcoming community of Nokomis. With close proximity to public tennis courts, championship golf courses, parks, schools, local restaurants and beautiful beaches you sure to have wonderful vacation.

Escape to a lake view , large heated in-ground pool, vacation house, located less than 10 minutes from Nokomis Beach/Casey Key. Yet, stores and restaurants are only a 5 min drive away.

Venice, FL is the “Shark Tooth Capital of the World” and the Caspersen Beach is one of the best shelling beaches in the world and an excellent spot
for finding prehistoric shark teeth! There are nature hiking trails travelling through freshwater and saltwater marshes, mangrove areas, tidal flats and outstanding opportunities for exploring and learning Florida wildlife.

Nearby Sarasota is filled with activities including the renowned Mote Marine Aquarium, the Ringling Museum of Art, the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Jet ski and sailboat rentals, and St. Armand's Circle (great for dining, shopping, or strolling) to name a few. For the more adventure filled days, Busch Gardens, Disney's Magic Kingdom, MGM and SeaWorld are all only 2 hours away. Check out Van Wezel theatre in Sarasota for some great concerts and Broadway musicals.

House is also close to Warm Mineral Springs. Only 20 minutes’ drive will take you to HEALING WATERS of Warm Mineral Springs also called as “Fountain of Youth”.

Other things to note:

This home is dog friendly. Only under 20lbs, House-Trained, Healthy and Vaccinated Dogs are allowed for an additional $199/dog fee.

Please treat this house like you would treat your home; leave grill like you found it and keep house in neat condition. Please close all windows and doors if Heat or AC is On.
Please do not turn on or turn off the pool heater without permission.
If you want the electric pool heat on it is $150 per week.
