This private oasis is the perfect vacation getaway nestled conveniently between the world famous Siesta Key beach, extremely popular Venice Island beach (shark tooth capital) or the lesser known but equally stunning Casey Key/Nokomis beach just 10 minutes away. If looking for a day away from the beach the home is adjacent to Oscar Scherer State Park, where you can kayak, hike and see the abundant wildlife that South West Florida offers. Just minutes from many great shopping and dining choices.

Starter Supplies Provided

To help you get settled, we provide a limited supply of essential starter items upon arrival. These are intended to get you through the first few days and may not last for the duration of your stay,.

Trash bags (a few provided in each trash can)

Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.

NOTE: BOOKING JANUARY, FEBRUARY or MARCH 2025? Please book whole months only NOT mid-month to mid-month. This time frame is a monthly minimum property and we don't want to be empty for part of the time. Booking February 1 - February 28? Okay. Want to book February 15 - March 15? Not okay. Please ask first if you are unsure. We will try and work with you.

This home can accommodate up to 6 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and Government-Issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic lockbox access code to the property.
- Pets allowed on case-by-case basis. $250 Non-refundable pet fee required.
-A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
-Stays in excess of three weeks may incur an additional cleaning fee.

So so place

House needed mechanical attention—lights, fans. Needs more than four bath towels. Had to put new batteries in TV hand controls so they would work. Needs a little TLC before renting this place again.

Great location!

This house was everything we expected. Very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The property manager was excellent to work with and responded quickly to our questions. The only minor downside was the mattresses on the beds were not the most comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Bright spot of our vacation

We unfortunately had our vacation planned while red tide was at it's peak. We didn't get to enjoy the beach like we planned, but having a nice, clean house with a big pool definitely saved the day. We had no problems during our stay. The drive to Siesta Key/Sarasota is a bit long, but if you are vacationing in the Nokomis area this house is perfect for a family stay. Quiet neighborhood too. I would definitely recommend. I will stress one more time how clean the property is because they do an excellent job of maintaining the property.

Great Property, Everything you need provided!

The property was very spacious and the pictures did not do it justice. My family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and have their own individual space. The pool was fantastic and it was really great to have a great view of the pool from the dining room, living room and the master bedroom. It was very convenient to be able to let our kids play in the pool while we could monitor them from the house. The pool did get quite cloudy while we were staying there due to some storms that came through. I sent a message to the manager and he had someone to service the pool the same day to make sure the water was balanced and safe. Overall, this was a great place centrally located to several popular beaches including Seista Key, Turtle beach and Venice Beach. The only issue of note was related to the master bedroom mattress which was fine for the first couple of nights, but by night 3 or 4, my wife and myself were waking up with some back/muscle pain. The beds in the other bedrooms seem to be pillow tops and were not bad at all. Overall, a minor complaint on an otherwise fantastic experience. We are very satisfied with this rental and communication between the management and our family was awesome!

Great location

Great pool and location. I don’t expect brand new furniture in a vacation rental, but the chairs and couches need updates. The patio chair was rusted thru and we had to use a plastic chair. Lounges at the pool would be a great added item.

Perfect getaway and 10 mins to the beach

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need to relax and enjoy. The pool makes a difference and was an attraction for kids multiple times a day. There are great beaches just within minutes - Nokomis Beach and Siesta Key Beach along with eateries (check out The Breakfast Cottage - which is a minute away. It's delicious). We loved the area around. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
