Lots of snook when the dock lights come on each evening. Stones throw to Lyons Bay, short boat ride to Dona Bay, and the Gulf. Less than 10-min walk to the beach. 5-minute walk to ice cream.

Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking all meals. Range, full refrigerator, pantry cabinet. Blender, toaster, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker, Moka cup, milk frother, and mini-cuisinart,
Living room: Leather sectional sofa, two comfy leather chairs, 56” smart TV & remote over console, game/puzzle table with chairs.
Dining area: 54” round table with four chairs. Can pull extra chairs from game table for larger group.

Bedroom 1: King-size bed, bedside tables, dresser, 42” TV with remote.

Bathroom 1: En-suite with bedroom 1. Two-sink vanity, walk in shower, and walk in closet.

Laundry room: Full washer and dryer. Connects to kitchen and bedroom 1 for easy access. Also has an exterior door leading to outdoor heated shower.

Bedroom 2: King-size bed, bedside tables, dresser, large closet.

Bedroom 3: Two twin-size beds, bedside tables, large closet with shelves. (Two rollaway twins for parties of 7 or 8 persons).

Outdoor areas:
Lanai - access through sliding doors from dining area. Includes round outdoor dining table, twin-size daybed, two lounge chairs and large coffee table.

Dock/Seawall - Walk from back porch to dock and seawall. Up to 24” boat on lift, 10k weight capacity, 8’2” clearance at fixed bridge on normal high tide. $75 per night for lift use up to 6 nights. $25 per night for 7th night. Separate charge not part of nightly charge. No charge for dockage only but must be cautious of tide changes.

Outdoor shower: Heated shower, great for rinsing off after a day at the beach or playing in the backyard.

Storage room: Access from garage for beach chairs, shark tooth sifters, light fishing gear.
