Located in Noirmoutier, Vendée, La Marminière is a spacious 220 m² family home for up to 12 guests. The house offers 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find 2 bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a separate toilet, an accessible bathroom for guests with reduced mobility, a small TV lounge, and an attached garage with a second fridge. Upstairs, there are 4 more bedrooms, a bathroom with tub/shower, a separate toilet, and a second bathroom with walk-in shower and a large baby basin. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, a private barbecue, a plancha grill, and a baby cot.



Enjoy your private, fenced 1,500 m² garden with a large south-facing terrace, partly covered. Outdoor furniture, a ping-pong table, games, and direct beach access just 70 metres away via a private path are at your disposal.



On-site parking fits 5 to 6 vehicles. Pets are not allowed, regardless of size or species. Events and parties are not permitted. The house is non-smoking, features electric heating, and has a private exterior entrance. Rentals are weekly, with a minimum stay of 2 weeks from mid-July to mid-August.



Shops, bike rentals, cafés, restaurants, and a chapel are within walking distance. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee during your stay.
