The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful ( especially Chubu , sorry for the spelling) Everyone went out of their way to solve an issue that arose and we were overwhelmed by all the help we received. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was fantastic catering for our intolerances . Highly recommend this hotel."

"This was once THE Hotel of Gaborone. We had a pleasant night of sleep not far from where we would take our bus the next morning. Price was pretty affordable too. So, the heyday is long gone but the hotel still servers well travelers like us."

"I liked the location. Very central, close proximity to a lot of things in gaborone. However, the food was very salty. Every chef knows by now that salt is not healthy. I ordered a seafood salad and could not eat it because they poured almost a quarter bottle of dressing on top. Dressings should be served on the side. I was not even asked for a choice of dressing.
Smoking, on the first floor, there was a heavy cigarette smoke."
