The Space:

Our elegant design studio apartment has been completely newly furnished and awaits you with high-quality amenities.



You’ll have your own private access to the apartment. A 25 sqm studio apartment awaits you, featuring a combined living, sleeping, and dining area, as well as a private bathroom.



Start your day with delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer — including a cozy dining area with a smart TV and, of course, the upscale furnishings throughout.



For a great night’s sleep, all beds come with comfortable mattresses (0.90m x 2.00m) and hotel-quality bedding.



There is also a dining area for up to 2 people, a large smart TV, and streaming options.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and everything else you need to prepare a delicious meal.



The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, and also includes a washer-dryer combo.



Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo.
