"I was asking for a silent room and they placed me in a room amongst families with children having some family celebration, everyone shouting in the middle of the night, and staff not doing anything about it. Children screaming and crying from 05:00 in the morning.
There was a terrible smell in my bathroom and I mentioned it every day. The first 2 days they tried to fix it and when they failed to fix it, they suddenly said that there was no bad smell…
I do NOT recommend and I shall not go that...

The owner-manager could not have been kinder or more helpful as I was there for doctors' office visits at the Panorama Medicentre, a short walkable 1 km away. The bed and one bedroom suite were the most comfortable I have stayed in for quite sometime. The breakfast (included) was homemade eggs, bacon, toast and they even had decaf coffee for me. I love Paperbark Manor and will come again."

"Great property. The entey road is a dirt road however at the property there was paved parking near the apartment. The apartment was spacious . It had netflix and prime . The kitchen had the basic cooking utensils and full sized fridge/freezer along with washing up liquid. Bathroom was a decent size and had towels included. They had cleaners come in regularly to deep clean the apartment"

Most rooms (with small windows) have a great vuiw to the Table mountains. But else thehotel is fare from everything. The restaurant is VERY expensive and the food is not that fantastic to justify such a high price -no other alternatives nearby. The waiters have no clue about what they serve and seams more interested in watching sport on the TV. Overall...
