The meticulously maintained waterfront cottage offers stunning panoramic lakefront views from many angles and just a few steps to your own lakeside deck and double dock for a morning coffee. Enjoy a couple of casts for a morning feeding fish while relaxing in the Muskoka chairs on the dock. Bring your own boat or the resort has fishing boat rentals.
The calm waters of South Bay Lake Nipissing offer an abundance of areas to paddle among all the islands and waterways before reaching the big lake. Perfect for beginners. There are many kayaks to choose from. Single, double , sit in or on styles. Canoes and paddle boats included as well. There are complimentary area lake maps and fishing maps at the main lodge.
There are many surrounding area amenities, including sandy beaches, hiking trails, Duchesnay waterfalls, golf courses, maple syrup and honey shops, local restaurants, marina's, and a large boardwalk with Chief Commanda boat cruise of Lake Nipissng.

Private waterfront cottage with full length 32 foot deck, your own dock and furnished camp fire area.
Large wall to wall windows and sliding door to lakefront furnished deck.
3 bedrooms ( 3 double beds and 3 single beds) sleeps 6 comfortably.
Private 4 piece clean modern bathroom with tub and shower, full size hot water tank.
Full kitchen, lakefront dining room, lakefront family room with sliding doors to deck and walk out to screened furnished porch.
Kitchen appliances included fridge, freezer, full size range oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster.
Kitchen stocked with dishware, utensils, pots and pans, serve ware and cookware. Wine glasses too !
Unlimited internet, smart tv, satellite tv channels.
Clean & Comfortable, plenty of outdoor seating areas. Very tasteful decor and charming.

Large main docks with 14 fishing boat rentals with 15 to 20 hp electric start motors.
Small sand beach and docks for the paddle boats, kayaks, canoes and SUP boards for our guests use only.
The resort is on 20 acres with 2500 linear feet of shoreline which ensures privacy between the lakefront cottages.
