"Very friendly staff. We checked in late in the afternoon. They took us through a shortcut to the ropeway station because they knew that it was about to close. We would have missed it if it were for their proactive help. Overall, we are very happy with the service, the condition of the property, the breakfast, etc. The only thing that could use improvement is their towels They were threadbare. That said, they were very clean."

"We did a last minute trip over a holiday weekend to Sun Moon lake. We found this hotel and we're pleasantly surprised for how nice it was. The price was right but it was very comfortable and clean. And the staff was very helpful. There is parking, although it is in a lot about a block away. The shower is fantastic! They also provide a variety of snacks and some bottles of drinking water. "Lovely guest house with friendly staff. Check-in is only possible before 18, and check-out is usually between 8 and 11, but I explained that I had to catch the bus to Alishan at 8, and staff arranged for me to check-out before 8. :)
There's no elevator, and rooms are on the 2nd floor, so the guest house is not suitable for those with limited mobility or heavy luggage.
There's 2 entries, one of which is very conveniently located next to a 7-eleven."
