Completed in 2025, Villa Sorelle 2 is a beautifully designed contemporary semi-detached villa located in the peaceful village of Zaton, near Zadar. Together with its neighbouring sister property, Villa Sorelle 1, it forms an exclusive pair of newly built holiday villas, offering the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and modern Mediterranean living. Although the villas share a common wall, each enjoys its own private entrance, swimming pool, terrace, parking area, and fully fenced garden, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.



Situated in a quiet residential area, Villa Sorelle 2 is an ideal choice for families and small groups looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday close to the beach while remaining within easy reach of Dalmatia’s most popular attractions.

The villa offers 130 m² of elegant living space on an 800 m² fully enclosed plot and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with a maximum capacity of 7.

The ground floor features a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable lounge, all fully air-conditioned. The living room includes a sofa bed suitable for one additional guest. Large glass doors open onto the spacious terrace, where guests can enjoy outdoor dining, prepare meals on the barbecue, or unwind beside the private swimming pool. A modern bathroom is also located on the ground floor for added convenience.

Upstairs, the villa offers three fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, while the third bedroom features two single beds. One of the double bedrooms benefits from its own private en-suite bathroom, while an additional modern family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms, providing extra comfort and privacy for guests.



Villa Sorelle 2 is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and includes air conditioning throughout the property, a washing machine, ironing facilities, mosquito screens on every window, and private parking. The entire property is enclosed by a 1.60-metre-high fence, creating a safe and private environment for families and groups.

Villa Sorelle 2 is located in the charming coastal village of Zaton, a peaceful destination well known for its family-friendly atmosphere, sandy beaches, and crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. A beautiful sandy beach is just 500–600 metres from the villa, while cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and other local amenities can all be reached within a pleasant walk of approximately 500 metres.

Only a few minutes away is the historic town of Nin, one of Croatia’s oldest royal towns, celebrated for its rich cultural heritage, picturesque old town, healing mud, and beautiful sandy beaches. Guests can also explore the nearby city of Zadar, famous for its vibrant waterfront, the iconic Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun, excellent restaurants, historical monuments, and lively Mediterranean atmosphere.



For larger families or groups travelling together, Villa Sorelle 1, located immediately next door, can also be booked (subject to availability). Together, both villas provide an ideal solution for larger groups while maintaining separate pools, terraces, and private outdoor spaces for each property.
