Hoteller nær Nilens Kilde - Speke Monument

"This hotel has potential and very beautiful environment. The staff need training in customer service and hotel management. We had booked and paid for a superior room but when we arrived they told us that there was no warm water in the room and the other room the aircondition was not working. We were told that our room was upgraded but when we checked out the room was a standard room. A lot happened during our check in so we ended up having cold showers for two days. Breakfast was boring. Why...

"They couldn't find our prepaid Expedia reservation. Clean room, friendly staff. No safe or minifrig. Wifi nonexistant to terrible. "

"Welcoming and quick check in and guidance to our room. Very clean as we entered the room. The staff was friendly and even the manager came out while we were sitting in the restaurant to hear how we were doing. Very great experience. "

"Typical African stay, which I really enjoyed it. Good access to sunset boat. A/C is not applied so it's hot in daytime, but it's very cool at night. You can meet very friendly staffs, dogs, and cats."

"Pæne værelser med fine badeværelser. Pool området med bl.a. børnepool var fint. Dejligt ophold med fin service."

"Very nice and the staff was very kind and accommodating."

"Despite confirmed reservations for two rooms confirmed by Expedia hotel claimed that they have no rooms. This was a disaster. I believe Expedia has to take action against this hotel. It is not serious and not good for Expedia."

"When I arrived they told me they were not working with cheap hotels online. They refused my reservation. They had rooms, but wanted to increase the price by 50 percent more than what I had booked. I called the taxi service to come and get me. I didn’t stay there and I never will."
